About me

From 2014 to 2018 I studied Health Biology Bachelor at Alcala de Henares University. During the fourth year I carried out a 6-month internship at Dr. Jorge Martin Pérez´s Lab in the Biomedicine Investigation Institute Alberto Sols (Madrid), studying the role of Src protein SH2 adaptor domain in triple negative breast cancer. From September 2018-September 2019 I enrolled in the Molecular Biomedicine Master´s degree at Autonoma University (Madrid).

In January 2019, I joined the Dr. Marcos Malumbres lab at CNIO to perform my master student internship. From January 2019-July 2020 I studied the implication of Serine/Threonine protein kinase Haspin as a potential therapeutic target in cancer. In August 2020, I started my PhD thesis focused on dissecting the role and properties of orphan Cdk14-18 protein subfamily in cancer.
