Inducible overexpression of the endogenous murine Aurora B-encoding gene.
Tetracycline-responsive elements were inserted in the endogenous Aurkb gene either in the presence [Aurkb(loxtet)] or absence [Aurkb(tet)] of loxP sequences. Overexpression of Aurora B results in genomic instability and increased tumor susceptibility.

Mastl E166D knockin allele carrying the mutation found in thrombocytopenia patients.
Mastl E166D express normal levels of the mutant Mastl protein. These mice develop mild thrombocytopenia due to defects in platelet activation and alterations in the signaling pathways controlling actin dynamics.

Mastl alleles expressing a truncated form of Mastl.
Mastl alleles carrying specific insertion or deletions in the linker region and expressing short forms of the kinase. These alleles were generated using direct injection of CRISPR/Cas9 reagents in mouse embryos.

Germline and conditional knockout alleles of the mmu-mir203 gene encoding miR-203.

Knock-in of miR-203, inducible by DOXYCYCLINE treatment, through the Rosa 26_rtTA allele. Reverse tetracycline transactivator (rtTA)/tetracycline-responsive element (tet-O)-driven transgenes. To ensure reliable rtTA expression in a broad range of cell types, the rtTA transgene has been targeted into the ROSA26 locus. Transgen PyMT, constitutively active (not inducible), under the promoter of MMTV, only expressed in breast. Tumoral invasive lessions are observed in breast at 15 -16 weeks of age. ColA_miR-203; Rosa26_ rtTA; OSKM
Knock-in of miR-203 and OSKM (Oct4-Sox2-Klf4-Myc). The OSKM inducible strain was kindly provided by Manuel Serrano´s lab in 2014. We crossed the OSKM strain with our BGC strain, knock in for miR-203. Both miR-203 and OSKM transgen are inducible by DOXYCYCLINE treatment. through the Rosa 26_rtTA allele. Reverse tetracycline transactivator (rtTA)/tetracycline-responsive element (tet-O)-driven transgene.
